Limited Edition 2000 History (2000)

  Jean-Luc presents here his "Opinel History 2000" which was made to celebrate the passage to the year 2000, as one can easily guess from what is indicated on The blade is covered with a titanium nitride coating. It is a model n°8 with a handle in rosewood. This magnificent knife was delivered with its brown leather case and a small sharpening steel, all presented in a beech pencil case and accompanied by a commemorative brass medal, stamped with the image of Joseph Opinel.

Limited numbered edition of 26’000 pieces
