The OPINEL "Checkmate" No. 8 limited series was born from the imagination of cabinetmaker Bruno Chaperon. 
Two continents come together: African ebony, intensely black and precious, and the luminous boxwood of the Andes of South America. Limited edition of 1500 copies, each knife is numbered on the back of its polished blade.
