Limited Edition No.08 Love (2019)

 After Édition France launched in 2017, Opinel continues its artistic adventure in 2019 with Édition Amour. Three young international artists express their vision of love on the handle of the N°08. The Portuguese artist Kruella d’Enfer gives us a joyful and absolute vision, the gaze of lovers transforms and embellishes the universe. From the hills to the stars in the sky, love magnifies everything. Andrea Wan worked on the symbolism of hands to describe a generous love that grows through self-giving and sharing. The French artist Franck Pellegrino represents love by celebrating the couple, "WE", and their intimacy through a play of interlacing and fusion of geometric shapes. The hornbeam wood handle is decorated by sublimation of the works of the 3 artists, the Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel blade is numbered. The knife comes with its box designed by the artist. Available in a limited series of 4000 units from October 2019.
